The need for faculty development and teaching support is often greater and more urgent than what schools can provide. As an independent teaching center, coach, and consultant, we work with you on a contract basis to provide just-in-time support and help you embed and sustain improvements over the long-term.

Services

Middletown's innovative business model tailors our support to your needs. From full-service annual contracts to individual trainings, reports, & consultations, we charge a flat rate for each service & package so you know what to expect from day one.

Options to meet your needs...

1.  Transformation package
​​You can think of Transformation as the "center-in-a-box" package. Clients who go this route benefit from an entire suite of services and programming available from day one, as well as a year's worth of center-building activity to get your school ready to sustain this work on its own. With the Transformation package, our expert staff will leave you with programming, website and communications, and coaching and consultation protocols that have made other schools national leaders in educational development. 

2.  Development package
​​The Development package is for schools who need a little extra help in achieving their faculty development goals. Clients with this package get a full year's worth of professional development programming and instructor coaching, along with a set of recommendations for further development. With the Development package, we will make sure you're able to take your work to the next level, and identify strategies for moving forward professionally and sustainably.  In both the Development and Transformation packages, we work with your faculty to build capacity from day 1. 

3.  A la carte
​​Our expert staff are able to provide just-in-time support for your school, college, or university based on your specific needs. Seeing equity gaps in lower-level STEM courses? We have an intervention for that. Need support assessing the needs of your instructors, or evaluating the success of your programs? We can help. Want someone to handle communications with your faculty? Hiring takes time. Let us step in and provide expert guidance when you need it.
