Middletown was founded in 2020 to respond to the increasing need for inclusive teaching development on college campuses. Rooted in the idea that student success and faculty wellbeing go hand in hand, our expert consultants have worked across a wide range of educational institutions, from community colleges and public research universities to small liberal arts colleges, K-12 schools, and graduate programs, serving faculty in the interest of faculty and student success.

Dr. Bartlett is an experienced teacher, scholar, consultant, and coach. With nearly two decades of work in leadership development and a wide range of experience transforming curriculum and instruction in both K-12 and higher education, he serves as the founding CEO and principal consultant at Middletown.
